I think I did well at using paragraphs. I need to work on using more detail in my writing.
Anyways, it was a great recount in my opinion.
Here is my recount:
The Tree house
On a windy and sunny day me and my brother started getting bored.
So we told our cousins Trey and Ryder to jump over the fence.
I told them we had to fix up an old 3 storey tree hut.
Then we went to the tree hut.
We climbed really fast up into our wobbly tree hut.
Then we brushed the floor very fast to get all the twigs out of the little holes in the floor.
Then they all fell into the other bush breaking as they fell.
The trees beside us were waving around.
It was like we might fall out of the tree.
I also was tasting the bark from the trees when they were waving in the air.
It also was coming into my eyes.
Then the floor was falling!
I was panicking so I grabbed onto the fence so I would not fall over.
But I did not fall out of the tree house - it was just windy.
We started to get the top part of the hut fixed up.
So we all went to my aunt's house to pick the waterproof
card for the top of the tree hut to stop the rain from dripping down into the second part of the hut.
We all started running - it was very funny.
Then we all sped back to the tree house.
We passed bushes and a road.
I heard the cars zooming next to me while I walked across the footpath.
There it was - right in front of me, the 3 storey treehouse.
Then within 3 steps I was inside the tree hut with the waterproof card smacking the trees.
So then my cousins came to put the top of the tree hut to stop the water so it would not drip into the hut.
So my smallest 7 year old cousin Trey went up the top of the hut. Me, Kayden and Ryder
So my smallest 7 year old cousin Trey went up the top of the hut. Me, Kayden and Ryder
passed the waterproof card to Trey.
Then Kayden went up into the hut to nail the card into the tree very hard so it would not break.
When the work was done we brought the wooden chairs up so we could all
sit down and have a drink and talk forever.
Then we picked lemons, throw them around and broke them up.
That was the coolest hut ever that we made.
